Saklıkent Safari

Our first stop will take you up to the ruins of Tlos, where according to popular belief and local legends, the famous Pegasus (the winged horse) once lived.

Next stop is Yakapark, which is a protected national park and famous for its fish farm. This is the best place to taste real Turkish pancakes and to see the fresh water running from the mountains, along with its beautiful tropical gardens.

After visiting Yakapark, you will drive through the local villages where you are able to see the true Turkish village lifestyles, making your way to Saklıkent(Gorge).

Saklıkent(Gorge) is the second longest canyon in Europe. It is 18km long and 300 meters high, with a 20 meter high footbridge, leading you into the canyon, where masses of ice-cold spring water gushes down the rocks forming a raging river which you are able to cross with the help of a rope leading you into the Gorge where you can walk around and explore. You will then have an open buffet lunch whilst sitting on the platforms with the river running behind  you.

Saklıkent(Gorge) is a place that must be seen at least once in your lifetime.

Following  Saklıkent (Gorge) you will go to the mud baths which contain sulphur which is very healthy for your skin. Watch out for the tour guides and their tricks!

Finally at the end of your exciting day you will visit Çalış Beach, where you will have the chance to sunbathe on the beautiful sandy beach and cool your self off in the Mediterranean, before heading back to your hotel at around 18.30 pm.

The whole day is captured on camera which you can purchase at the end of the day if you wish.
